Terms

Dedicated Service Bay – Terms & Conditions

  • $2,995/month
  • Month-to-month rental. No long-term contract required.
  • Monthly payment is due in advance.
  • One (1) designated outdoor vehicle storage space is included.
  • Commercial use is permitted.
  • Businesses must provide proof of Business License, General Liability Insurance and Garage Keepers Insurance before occupancy and maintain coverage throughout the rental period.
  • Business rentals are limited to one (1) operator. Additional employees, technicians, or subcontractors are not permitted without prior written approval from Openbay Garage.
  • Renters are responsible for all work performed and any services provided to their customers.
  • Businesses must clearly communicate to their customers that they are independent businesses and are not affiliated with, employed by, or representing Openbay Garage.
  • Renters must keep their assigned bay, workstation, tools, and surrounding area clean and organized at all times. Failure to maintain a clean workspace may result in cleaning fees or termination of the rental agreement.
  • All renters must comply with Openbay Garage’s shop rules, safety policies, and operating procedures at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the rental agreement.
  • No bodywork, painting, welding, or other hazardous operations are permitted unless expressly approved by Openbay Garage.
  • Openbay Garage reserves the right to inspect the bay and workstation to ensure compliance with shop policies and safety standards.
  • Additional terms, rules, and eligibility requirements apply.
  • Openbay Garage reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate any rental agreement for violations of these terms or shop policies.

Openbay Garage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Non-Payment

Monthly rental fees are due in full before the start of each rental period. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in immediate suspension or termination of the rental agreement, removal of access privileges, and removal of any vehicles, tools, parts, or personal property from the assigned bay at the renter’s expense. Openbay Garage reserves the right to pursue collection of any unpaid balances and applicable fees as permitted by law.
